K\u00ebshilli Drejtues vendosi q\u00eb kursi i par\u00eb 1-vje\u00e7ar i cili do t\u00eb ndiqet p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb vitit 2023 pran\u00eb QKTP, nga kandidat\u00ebt fitues, aspirant\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u licencuar si p\u00ebrmbarues gjyq\u00ebsor privat\u00eb, pas procedurave t\u00eb konkurrimit, do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb tarif\u00eb regjistrimi prej 300 000 lek\u00ebsh. \u00c7do aspirant p\u00ebr t\u2019u licencuar si p\u00ebrmbarues duhet t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb trajnimin e tij\/saj me vullnet m\u00ebsimor, por edhe duke mbuluar vler\u00ebn reale trajnuese profesionale. P\u00ebr shtimin e vizibilitetit dhe afrimit t\u00eb sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb element\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj\/jurist\u00eb me pasion dhe aft\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb profesion, K\u00ebshilli vendosi t\u00eb shtyj\u00eb afatin e aplikimit t\u00eb kandidat\u00ebve dhe dor\u00ebzimit t\u00eb dokumentacionit p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs deri m\u00eb 15.12.2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nj\u00eb vendimmarrje tjet\u00ebr e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme ishte analizimi i dhjet\u00ebra ankesave t\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit, me tipologji t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb dhe mbajtja e nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrimi zyrtar ndaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve me karakter publik, q\u00eb prekin sensibilitete shoq\u00ebrore. Fenomeni i \u201cmbledhjes s\u00eb detyrimeve financiare n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet mashtrimit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, shantazhit t\u00eb tyre dhe p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb praktikave q\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsojn\u00eb titullin e p\u00ebrmbaruesit gjyq\u00ebsor privat\u201d mbetet nj\u00eb problem akut p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin p\u00ebrmbarimor dhe imazhin e tij publik. Ankesat e shumta t\u00eb analizuara nga K\u00ebshilli Drejtues soll\u00ebn vendimin pasues t\u00eb vendimmarrjeve t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb fenomenit. K\u00ebshilli vendosi t\u00eb autorizoj\u00eb vazhdimin e detyrave t\u00eb ngarkuara nga K\u00ebshilli Drejtues paraardh\u00ebs, me vendimin e dat\u00ebs 8 tetor 2021 dhe vendimin e dat\u00ebs 28.2.2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duke vler\u00ebsuar mund\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe situatat aktuale q\u00eb po kalon Dhoma, e angazhuar nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht n\u00eb disa procese gjyq\u00ebsore, m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmi prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb zhvillohet m\u00eb dat\u00eb 23 n\u00ebntor 2022 n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb (Kolegji Administrativ) lidhur me \u201cTarifat e sh\u00ebrbimit p\u00ebrmbarimor gjyq\u00ebsor privat\u201d, K\u00ebshilli vendosi q\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe shteruese vjetore mbi ecurin\u00eb dhe problematikat q\u00eb po kalon Dhoma, p\u00ebrmbaruesit dhe vet\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimi p\u00ebrmbarimor gjyq\u00ebsor privat nevojitet nj\u00eb koh\u00eb e p\u00ebrshtatshme punimesh p\u00ebrgatitore.<\/em> K\u00ebshilli Drejtues caktoi si dat\u00eb t\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme vjetore dat\u00ebn 14.1.2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
